The Importance of Housing Bubbles

JosephNolwalker: I've been seeing a bubble for the last 15 years. Kenneth Rogoff and Carmen Reinhardt have some very good empirical data on that. There are those who benefit from rising house prices and those who do not. That immediately affects people's incentives, I think, and affects how they form their opinions.
