The collapse of the soviet union opened up new possibilities for people who were living in a sort of government that we didn't think was very good. Oftentimes disaster udot for somebody yields opportunity for somebody else. To me, it's more like a, it's just describing what we see, like a jenga tower collapses. It's not a good or a bad thing. It's just like there was a tower, and now there a bunch of blocks in the ground.
