The War on Cluster Munitions
There are reports of illegal cluster bombs and vacuum bombs being used by the Russians. If that were true, it would potentially be a war crime. Over a hundred countries are signatories to the convention on cluster munitions. But the United States is not one of those countries. We should not be bla-zay about using such weapons. Their droplets can and do explode long after a war has ended.
