Recruiting the Sufficient Supply of Qualified Teachers

One of the most impressive multi-academy trust boasted that at the secondary level, it had 60 surplus teachers and they used as experts to go into schools. We will get criticized for when we are unlocal authorities, that if you increase your advisory team too much, you're simply taking the best teachers out of school. And so one of the consequences of the partnerships of schools is there's going to be more expertise taken out of school to work in the multi-ACademy trust. That will make recruiting the sufficient supply of suitably qualified teachers and then retaining them absolutely crucial in the future.
