People are hypocritical, and in some ways, they want to heocritical. And a world that produces the same outcomes without a hypocrisy will be less happy. So there are different contexts, right in different spheres of human life, and honesty is going to be differentially important in those different contects. I would think that we have some things we say that are especially important where a lot is at stake.
