A lot of Republican behavior between the November election in January 20 January 6 was pretty anti-democratic and a lot of it continues to be. The committee even presented people as sort of heroes of the Republic who are on record saying they would still support Donald Trump. If the institutions tasked with defending the political system can't even agree on this as the red line, and they can't or won't effectively enforce it, I don't see how this democracy is going to be sustainable.
