Non Performing Loans

Most of the loans that i see in the secondary market are charged off non performing, particularly second position mortkage notes. Eache sang, how is this different from a foreclosure? It's a pre foreclosure, so we haven't quite got to foreclosure yet. And you're not buying the house, you're buying the note. Yes. For us, personally, my clients rarely foreclose and on the accounts that we do foreclose, we often have a resolution at the very last minute.
