The Healing Metaphor of Time

Time is a subjective reality in that it's an indicator of what's happening and how much of something is happening. Time has more control over us now than it ever has before because there's more happening in every moment than there ever has been. If you don't have some kind of thing, practice, space to slow down profoundly and cut yourself off from information, I think it's impossible to not be hijacked.
