How to Supplement With a Vegan Diet
A lot of vegans and I don't mean this is not the whole community, but are not educated on the things that they're maybe lacking out of from a meat based out. They should consider supplementing with some of the things you mentioned. Fresh liver is great or like a small amount of heart because those organs, every cow that gets killed for meat is going to have some organs somewhere. Failing that, I would say vegetarianism is a step in the right direction from veganismBecause eggs and milk are very nutritious for humans.
