Introduction
Donald Trump was interviewed by Brett Baer on Fox News and he couldn't get through the 20 minute or so exchange without incriminating himself multiple times. There's a strong case that these media interviews like the one we're about to look at by Trump will end up being used as exhibits in his upcoming trial. This is of course a terrible idea for any criminal defendant. Any counsel, defense lawyers would advise you not to speak about the case but because Donald Trump is running for president,. He believes he's smarter than everyone else.
