When we're going through the good times, a mining boom, for example, we just flush with cash. I look at the treasury, wow, we're overflowing. Let's spend some money. Like, why wouldn't I? Right? So I've got less... I don't really have much of an incentive to not spend it. In fact, I've got a massive incentive to spend it. Right? And then we inevitably, the cycle changes and then we're in a tough time. Then, politically, everyone say, well, do what you have to do because it's a crisis and we need to spend.
