Rory uses the second conditional. We would notice if it didn't rain. So we are imagining things in the present, right? It's definitely like the outside of Moscow. I remember a friend in there and she was saying they decided they were going to build a road in winter and I don't know why. But drainage just means the water it comes down and it doesn't stay.
