Do We Need That Little Bit of Fear in Medicine?
Medicine has the highest suicide rate of all professions. We need that little bit of fear, because we are each other's keepers and for our collective patients. I mean, don't pt the medicine for the glory or the money now, right? You cangivs make a lot more money, not get vomit on your shoes forever. Decades tose oaks have been beated out,. So most people are here. And even the most jaded peop or the germitile, just driving lambragines, even those folks, i think, still went in to the profession for the right reasons and still want their patients.
