If you really want to be great at what you do somebody's feedback should not impact you. We don't like listening to an absolute refusal and a no. Good teams are not thinking twice before giving critical feedback because they know they really care for you. When people realize that somebody's feedback is not personally to you but how are you doing things and how could we be made better, I think when people realize this they change.
