Explainability in AI ML?

The key to MLAI is explainability. What it means really in practice is that you assign the importance of your decision models decision to basically a number between zero and one to your specific features. So every time you make a decision, you can say, oh, this person, for this particular example, this is the weight of these decisions. And then for you can also do it at a global level to say for this model based on this testing data set, and here's the way they're averaged out globally.
