The Relationship Between Language and Language

In Nicaragua, sign language is growing up. It's called Nicaraguan Sign Language. homosiners were brought together 40 years ago into a school for the deaf. And so they then started to negotiate their own sign languages. This is literally building on the backs of home sign and the language changes.
