Put your studio time on the calendar, mornings or nights. Set a reminder on your phone or computer. Start with short spans of time, 30 minutes to an hour. Just do something. R clutter. A blank page. Rather than going for the main event, just move, paint, commit so itl gat. So youave a problem of committing a get an accountability partner to create with you,. And a punishment or rewardye, i shouldn't even have to say this. Off your technology for one hour each day. Ye, go out and roll around in the dirt. Look at the moon, don't notice the clouds. Y, yes.
