Is Guctrification a Big Thing?

Jeffrey Toobin: It's hard to discern, sort of like an aggregate effect gutrification on these places. Is it because it's just too early? Or is it that guctrification is sort of magnified in our heads? He says the contrasts are very stark and i think that's why it's magnified. In terms of this long term effect, we don't know yet, right? But if the people who live in these places tend to live in gingerfied neighborhoods in all the cities, right? Then we might be able to discern an aggregate effect relative to somebody who's moving from a gentrified neighborhood to more conventional, or even declining Neighborhoods.
