I'm curious, if you were at a start up or company with a technical o engineering mind set, why they wouldn't appreciate this as sort of a intrinsic value? Like, where's the disconnect between leadership and management, or ont pnors and engineers? That means people are more inclined to do what you say, which is move fast and break things. I mean, we talk about hustle culture and grind culture, those things don't lead to good mental health. These are things that that are really, really essential to writingquality codes.
