Kevin day was arrested and he was put in for something else, but i can't find what the f his resolution was. He had to have gone to jail for this. The only way that i could think is maybe they gave him immunity. And told him to really lean on the self defen thing and just say that we gave him immunity because there was a touchy met situation. But if you're putting yourself in touchy met situations, i feel like that's on you at that point. Yes, generally, if you'rea defending yourself and a fearful of your life, kneecap ing somebody isn't your first option? Yes, usually not.
