The 12 Point Plan for Offstead

I think that offstead have sort of had a bit of a PR push in recent years. Lots of schools are saying that they've been inspected and they're not allowed to use the pandemic as an excuse for not having looked at 100 different things. The well-being of staff is the way that you get an outstanding offstead, then that's going to change the culture of schools overnight. One of our recommendations is that there should be a Councillor available for every young person that could be online. It makes it cheaper and easier to recruit Councillors.
