Pauseing is not only not promoted, I would say it's actively discouraged. It's seen as laziness. Pauseing there's a paradox to it in that you can move faster, make clearer decisions and have more breakthroughs. And they actually, the productivity increases massively. The message we need to get through is that pausing is not detrimental to productivity. It's actually essential to it.
