The End of Row, Is That the Right Takeaway?
Seven of the 20 states where legal fights are under way over abortion bands, and an other laws that limit the procedure are states where hispanics make up at least ten % of the population. In five of those states, they number at least a million. The end of row did not come out of nowhere. This is the result of a decade's long campaign. So it seems like this isn't just post row. It's a reality that they and their communities have really borne the brunt of,. and may have experienced more personally.
