The Rationalization of the Tax Rate
The real hero of GST from an industry standpoint has been the supply chain efficiencies that have been created after the reform has been implemented. I don't have the exact data with me, but what I'm told is that at least 20 to 25 percent efficiency has been seen in the movement of cargo and the supply chain cost as well. The transit of cargo and logistics is a big deal for a country like India.
