In France, a lot of the conflict is between these people who they are funding the government. They have a lot of wealth increasingly more wealth than the landed aristocrats do but they're not treated like landed aristocrats. It's still often the case that these bourgeois revolutionaries were not talking about giving the vote to the ordinary worker who doesn't have money either.
