The Inversion Layer Is a Channel of an Endoped Region
A current needs to be a circular flow of electrons or charges, all in the same direction. In order to have a current flowing, we need to form ation of what's called a channel - an inversion layer. Normally there is no such inversion layer normally, yoe've just got the p doped regionThere are more mobile posit charges than mobile negative charges.
