Building an Experiment Roadmap

The most important thing is to first understand the organisational structure of what it's going to look like. And then from there, there are building blocks which I mentioned earlier on,. What does performance mean for this particular organisation? If experimentation is improving performance, how do you articulate that? How do you articulate it in things that can be concretely changed? Oh, that's what I would call a performance strategy. Once you've done a test, have you got the right processes and ways of working so that you can pass those things into production?
