The idea that we are going to just unleash coaches upon the populace with no sort of idea or background or thought that i might need to approach some things differently here is, i think, short sighted. Men tend to be more analytical and linear and logical in their information processing. Women tend to beMore emotional and relational. No one has been able to say yet whether that's nature or nurture.
