Lucy didn't fit the type. The men who produced stage musicals wanted their show girls to look certain way. Kathleen brady wrote a biography of lucy oball in 19 86. Lucy immediately gave her advice on her hair. She really did have more energy coming out of her than any one i ever met, but i don't think she was totally in control of it.
