How PTO Exchange Works

There's roughly $400 billion that gets accrued every year, roughly about $160 billion that goes unused. And then $65 billion of it gets wiped off the books as kind of a use it or lose it or someone caps. So we're just trying to use those dollars and give people more flexibility around the dollars that are really accrued productivity that they have.
