The Importance of Listening to Feedback

I have a hard time seeing that it's unethical because if you write it down and you legitimately evaluate that with all of the design critique methodologies. But I also believe on another level that it's being a nice person and listening to what they had to say, which is just as important as anything else. And so I think for people who have that perspective, the idea that they should have to build a relationship in order to convince someone that they have expertise in this area seems a little foreign, right? "If my design is good, then I shouldn't have to do these things in order to get it approved," he says.
