Why You Don't Really Need to Grow
Growth is great, but it can often be very overrated and can come with all the problems that we just win over. Most of these reasons are the polar opposite of what i just talked about. People don't want to work with a big agency where they're going to feel like a number. There's less complexities when you're staying small. If you're working from home, you can write off your house taxes at least in some situations.
