The Importance of Listening

I talk a lot about, I also listen the whole time. The ears work actually independently from the mouth. They both work in parallel. So you can be mid sentence and CC somebody just amongst our groups. That's listening. And people see that and they, and they, you know, they relate positively to it. Yeah. There's a book coming. Well, I'm very slow. It's been a year and a half from now for, for about two years. But there's attitude in mechanics. And the attitude is all the fear, trust, culture, rewards stuff,. Right? so there's a whole blob to write there.
