Catch a Bus
We often say catch a bus as if the bus is not going to stop and you have to quickly grab it before it goes. This also makes me think of how buses used to look before the modern design that we know today in 2022. A London bus specifically from my memory had an open doorway at the back with a bar so people could swing themselves into the bus. I'm not sure if it's the same for train whether you would be running behind a moving train and you jump on it but this probably was the case at some point.
