If I exercise anybody, fat oxidation goes up. So there is no problem with fat oxidation. It's always about when I talk about it from a resting perspective, it's amount of substrate and that becomes very nuanced. But the idea is if you're turning through this, if you'returning things over, you'll be healthier in all sorts of ways. Neil Wilson: Does insulin resistance actually reduce fat oxidation?
