Are You Aware of What You're Doing?
Wen: As soon as we blame some one else, we give away our power. We need to be more aware of what emotions and thoughts are happening on a moment a moment basis. The subconscious operates so fast that when those subconscious programs play out we're typicall sorry about that instead of catching it beforehand. Wen: When you can start seeing that oka had a small part in this, then you can own your part and at least take accountability for that and try to improve on it.
