I'm lean bulking right now. And I love it. My numbers aren't like we kind of talked about earlier, but my number is for strength numbers aren't going up as much. So that's awesome. That's great because that's what it takes to really make it a lifestyle. Like I mentioned, if you don't like it, you can force yourself to do things you don't have to. If you can find something, it doesn't have to necessarily be even my program or exactly, you know, I try to teach people the underlying theory and the fundamentals so they can change the programming based on what they know now.
