Good product reviews, five stars and customisations all contribute to the higher chances of being ound on etse search. Anything you can offer that is custom ore consistently higher sellers on etsey. So for example, even if your crating, we'll go back to our example of thee spread sheet, if you coun make any of these files editable by the end customer, that's a way of offering something custom to them. That would be one way of having some products in there that the end client can customize. And also, ye, if you wanted to offer something where you could do a quick, you know, name change or color change, that would involve all bit more work
