Nick Burns's Speech on US-China Relations
US ambassador to China Nick Burns gave a speech earlier this week on US-China relations as well. He said our view is we need better channels between the two governments, deeper channels are ready to talk. But it's difficult when it's a very closed off and authoritarian society to know who outside of Xi might be a good person to pick up the phone call.
