Colin Ferguson's attorneys have come up with a controversial defense, they call it the black rage defense. The basic premise of it is that Colin Ferguson had been rendered insane by racial prejudice. Because of that, there's no way that he could be held liable for these murders. But Gibbs, these two attorneys, they're not going to get to use this black rage defense because in the end, Colin Ferguson is going to fire them too. And he's going to represent himself.
