I think when you're in the background a little bit and you don't have a lot of control, it's always easy to sort of pick what you'll do different. I felt like I always wanted to push the importance of Fisio as part of that department coming up alongside the S&C at the same level. So it was more excitement than anything else. And now it's all, okay, we can trial an error and the accountability is there.
