The theme of the month is empowerment. There are ways that we can create these emotional feelings within us in a way that is still authentic to who we are. Every day, try and meet your body with presence. It takes 90 seconds for an emotion to process. The research shows that it's 90 seconds for it to release out of a nervous system. Rumination, mental energy and physiological are completely different.
