Love Is Not a Topic, Love Is Not a Word
I think a big lesson for me in the last few years is I think a lot of us are taught to look at love as if it's something external. But what I really like to write about to even myself in my intimate writings, my journalings is to always return to the source of love within. And so yes, I would say this book is about self love in regards to finding the love that you embody and then bossing in it. It's going to be messy right now. Trust your decisions. Listen to your body. Don't make choices that you know your body is going to hate or resist.
