Exactly. You're Not Invested in the Strategy, Right?
If you put your name on it and you put your work into it, you're going to fight to make that work. Whereas if it's like, oh, AWS gave me the strategy, let's see if it works. It's like, you kind of don't care. If it doesn't work, well,AWS didn't work. But nobody wants to say my strategy didn't worked. So they're going to fighting on the execution side to actually make it successful.
