By the late eightteen hundreds, in all the typewriter stuff was getting standardized. As as the letters get less common in typical english, theyrein coded with longer sequences of dots and dashes. I think also, amusingly enough, there was an effort, when telegrams were really a thing, am that there was this kind of hundred and forty character limit on telegrams,. which was later copied by things like twitter and so on. Am about sort of how these things woull be arranged, but i don't think it's well handled in the standard keyboard.
