Is SPF Doing Shady Stuff?

FTX founder was doing shady stuff and at the same time saying, please regulate me. According to him, he didn't realize how much risky was taking because he couldn't read his bank statements properly. He did say like at the end, he's like, Oh shit, I made a big error of judgment. This is the biggest implosion since Mount Gox suddenly disappeared overnight. But so far, as far as I can tell, this is absolutely massive in the crypto world.
