The Importance of Knowledge in the Game Industry

There are so many more people in the game industry than you would ever think of. I'm just like, where are you from? Where are you doing? What are you hoping to get out of this? And it's always fascinating. GDC is very good for the idea that games don't come from some weird, magical place. They cover a bunch of people who know a bunch of like, interesting technologies.
