Grace Bumbry: A Soprano's Journey
The African-American opera singer Grace Bumbry who died at the weekend was born only a few years after the Harlem Renaissance. Sir Isaac Julian, his exhibition What Freedom Is To Me is on it Take Britain in London until August 20th. Front row will be hearing from all the authors shortlisted for this year's Women's Prize for Fiction tomorrow.
