What's the Difference Between Premium Economy and Economy?

Lufthansa is not the first airline to install this particular premium economy seat. It's already been rolling out on Swiss for the last year or so. What actually happens is that the bottom of your seat slides forwards, and so you effectively recline within the back of the hard-shelled seats.
