How to Implement STL Algorithms With Range V3

Ranges is a library of algorithms that can be passed into existing STLs. It was developed by the CPP Lang team to make it easier for programmers to work with ranges and other types of iterators. The project started out as an empty file, but ended up being much more complex than expected. There are now several versions available including GCC's own range-based version called CMCLST.
